Congratulations! You’ve achieved your goal!
The “1st Generation” of E.C.C. international business coaches has been certified. Following a total 8 training modules the 11 participants had to put their knowledge to the test in practical, written and oral examinations. The newly designated business coaches received the accredited E.C.C. certificate in cooperation with the Work and Organizational Psychology Unit of the University of Osnabrück following successful completion of the program.

In the previous months the participants had undergone a wide-ranging development program. Among other things they covered issues regarding coaching methods; psychological diagnosis; intercultural peculiarities and even their own market positioning. Parallel to the training modules the participants and trainers experienced an intensive, cooperative exchange of ideas within the framework of a mentoring program. All concerned are proud and pleased with the successful completion of the program.
