Career profile coach and advisor
A coach accompanies and supports individuals and organizations during change and development processes. The content is directed by goal-, solution-, resources- and a system-oriented modes. Content always concerns the central role of individual behaviour in interactive communication processes.
However, the career profile of coaching is still not clearly defined. There are several variants. The E.C.C. view of the coaching career profile is closely aligned with the position of the DBVC (German Federal Association Coaching e.V.). The DBVC has agreed upon and stated a unified understanding of
coaching, laying the groundwork to standardise a qualitative and practice oriented training program.
